  • Group I - District/Community Sponsored 
  • Group II - 50% Mechanicville participation 
  • Group III - Non District or Community 

Main Exhibition Field and Track

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $100 per hour no lights or $125 per hour with lights
  • Group III - $150 per hour no lights or $175 per hour with lights

Gymnasium

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $100 per hour
  • Group III - $150 per hour

Baseball Field

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $50 per hour
  • Group III - $100 per hour

Auditorium

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $100 per hour 
  • Group III - $150 per hour
  • Grand Piano - $50 per day

Cafeteria

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $50 per hour no kitchen use, $100 per with kitchen use
  • Group III - $100 per hour no kitchen use, $150 per hour with kitchen use and $30 per hour food service worker

If kitchen is used a district food service worker must oversee the event at a rate of $30 per hour

Classroom

  • Group I - No charge
  • Group II - $25 per hour
  • Group III - $50 per hour

Bus

  • $2.25 per mile, plus driver cost

 

Proof of liability insurance must be submitted prior to use/event
